Community cohesion audit tool

The community cohesion audit tool is to be used in your setting before training to explore areas of strength and areas for improvement in your setting relating to community cohesion. See the information below on how to access the audit tool, how to share it within your setting, and how to generate the results. To use this audit tool, you will need a Microsoft Office account.

We think it is important that this audit tool is available as a free resource for schools to manage independently. But if you are having difficulty managing this process, consult your link Educational Psychologist and/or IT technician for support with this.

Click 'duplicate it' at the top of the web page

Click 'collect responses' in the upper right-hand corner

Select 'anyone can respond'

Click 'copy link' and paste the link into an email sent to the staff in your school. They can then use this link to complete the questionnaire.

Whenever you want to access the audit tool or look at the results, you can access it at forms.office.com

When you want to collect the audit tool results, download the 'North West Cohesion in Schools Results Tool' accessed through the link to the right. When you open the spreadsheet, if prompted, click 'enable macros', and then follow the instructions in the spreadsheet to generate your results. Save this results file once your results have been imported. Any issues with this, contact your IT technician for support.

Email your results file to your link Educational Psychologist so they can use the data to plan the training workshops.
